Burn Boot Camp

I joined during the $99 4 week promotion. Wasn't going to join because of the price point bit after seeing results, I was sold. I like not having to figure out what I want to workout, like I'd have to do if I went to a gym. It's been 2 months and I've lost 10 lbs. When I started I was only lifting 12-15 lbs. Now I'm doing 20-25!

I had a 100/10 experience tonight. The staff were so friendly, professional, and took the time to give helpful notes on what I could improve on in my workout. It is intense but the feeling of happiness after is so worth it! The happy and positive energy from the instructors and other group members was infectious! Changed my mood and made me whole day better ?❤️(Only thing that was “hard” for me was jumping (because I’m bigger) but the instructor gave tips to modify it to make it easier.)Overall I feel the Burn in the best way!(not sponsored)

I love this place. It was exactly what I was looking for: challenging, variety, motivating, and supportive. I can zone out and work out without talking to anyone, or I can chat, ask for help, etc. I have found friends, fun, and a whole lot of strength and lost weight. This is a gem!
