One is never sure what to expect on such a day for flower delivery as Valentine's Day. But this time, the flowers were fresh, the arrangement beautiful and exactly as ordered. We are not exactly local to Newport News, but we were called with a delivery time to make sure we would be there to receive the flowers. A great job and much appreciated! ERIC Williamsburg, VA

Stopped by for an anniversary bouquet and Ms. Michelle was awesome!I gave her my budget and told her of my wife's allergies, and she suggested multiple flowers and plant options that wouldn't bother her.I chose a bamboo plant that she decorated with butterflies (with wings of my wife's favorite color) and bird that my wife loved.Highly recommended!The driver (whose name I forgot because of its uniqueness) was also very professional and polite the moment I walked through the door.Will be using them again.

My daughter sent flowers from FL through A Special Design to commemorate my 5 yr cancer free anniversary. The floral arrangement is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! I took pictures for my daughter. She was very pleased. Thank you for the care you put into making it special for us.
