Very good at what they do. Dr Martin is fantastic. He listens, shows empathy and doesn't try to force unwanted meds or vaccinations. The nurses are friendly and proficient.

They never answer the phones... you have to call back to back... we run out of meds.. and it's days before we here get a snswer

Worst office staff. Called multiple times during business hours and refused to answer; then I had to drive over there myself just to get someone to talk to. Unsurprisingly, no help at all. I had to call the hospital in Woodstock just to get treated like an actual person and get simple answers that I needed. All they tell you to do at this office is use the MyChart app which is useless cause they barely communicate with you. Don’t waste your time at this office, the nursing staff and doctors here are great, but they need an entire new front office staff.

I've been seeing Adam Chavez, PA, for years, and he has always been friendly, very professional, and taken time to explain everything, including showing me and explaining xray results. He has that special touch with needles, and his injections have always been pain free. He is very knowledgeable, and I cannot recommend him, and this clinic more highly.

I had a great experience at the orthopedics area. The staff especially the receptionist was super friendly and nice. The wait wasn't long and my time was not wasted like it has been in the past from other places. X-rays took 5 minutes. Adam was very helpful and down to earth. He also takes his time and doesn't rush getting to the bottom of your issues. I liked that he looks out for your best interests cost-wise giving you options. Overall this place is fantastic! Would recommend!

I am a regular patient here. Recently I made appointment here and receptionist or whoever called and confirmed. I told her all my symptoms and she proceeded to tell me they couldn't address the issues , and they could only see me for 1 thing. If something else bothered me I'd have to make other apoitment to get seen again. I went to different doctor at another facility and was referred to the er. Thank goodness I had someone who cared unlike this doctors office. Surgery required which was the root of all my issues. I will not be using this facility anymore. 0 stars

Extremely bad experience the last few times I’ve tried to use them. Rude receptionist and acted as if it was my fault I was sick. To top it off, there is an issue with billing in which they failed to correctly bill my insurance and acknowledged they weren’t able to bill me because of an error code. I gave my insurance information back to them and when they struggled they sent me the whole bill. When I called they lied and said that insurance denied the claim. They told me to talk to my insurance. But they never did bill my insurance, my insurance never got their bill to deny it and when I called again it was determined they were putting in some code or number incorrectly. Who tries to send a whole bill without bothering to train their staff on insurance billing and tell me it was denied when it wasn’t?
