We were nicely surprised to find such a technologically advanced eye care facility locally. The Doctor is amazing and explained my condition more thoroughly than any other ophthalmologist. The staff are caring and make you feel like their most valued patient of the day.

Dr. Ambrose and his staff were very professional, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered. The tech, Julie, was very efficient and had a great personality! Will absolutely be returning in the future.

Staff and Dr always friendly and helpful. I went in on a Friday and witnessed the staff have about 4-5 unexpected situations pop up. They remained kind, smiling and helpful making sure everything continued to run smooth. The doctor is always very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Also, super clean and organized office! Glad we have them here in New Kent!
