Amazing staff! Wonderful facility! My nervous dog does so well here!! Beef extends tail wags and songs of approval for this great place! It’s so amazing to know he is safe when we travel!

Not only did I feel like my dog received high-quality, lasting training, but the staff truly showed they cared about my dog. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and shows a lot of love for the dogs they care for and train.

We boarded our dogs here recently and were very happy with the care they received. Every employee we encountered was professional and we could tell they all are animal lovers. We also had our dogs groomed while they were and I don’t think they’ve ever been so clean

This is easily the best boarding and training facility in the Richmond area. The staff makes the difference, they know all of our dogs, their behaviors and take such great care of them. I never have to worry about our three dogs while we are on vacation.

If I had it my way I would leave 0 stars… I trusted my dogs care to them..my dad dropped her off this morning for her grooming and i picked her up and got half way home noticed she was pawing at her face and her eye was shut and leaking so I went back and asked to know what happened she said it was a “irritation issue from the soap or hair” than i was told that “he didn’t notice it when walking back and forth today” so you mean to tell me you don't check on the babies at all after being groomed? When I had asked if something will be done about it they said if something other than a irritation issue was the cause they would do something…my dogs care was in your hands I think something needs to be done about it…she has not been herself all afternoon since picking her up and I have severe trust issues when it comes to my babies and i can promise we wont be back or recommend you to anyone anymore. I was told when I first came there asking questions that your staff was trained to look for signs for injury yet her eye looks like that..hmmm 🤔 and don’t get me wrong I understand things happen and she’s not the most calmest dog in the world but you could own it and do something it would’ve been a lot smoother but not the way I was treated/talked to or how it has been handled.

I came in unannounced to check out this facility and also get more information as I’ve never boarded my dogs before. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the kennel and the customer service. The girl at the front desk happily took me back and was very knowledgeable. She answered all the questions that I had and was very informative just on kennels as a whole. I will be checking out other facilities but for a first impression, I am impressed.

I love this place! Dogs always look phenomenal after leaving and are eager to return.
