I am so impressed with CH&C. My son turned me onto Josh and this business last winter, and I can't thank him enough. Everyone I've dealt with so far, has been polite, personable, very knowledgeable, and 100% professional. Watching the he two Techs that installed my outdoor HVAC unit work, Tone & Colin, I was pretty impressed with not only how they worked, and took whatever time it might take, to make sure everything was absolutely done correctly, but they were so willing to answer all of the (many) questions I asked. Of course, our 18-year-old heat pump (which controls heating and air conditioning) died on a 90-plus degree day when we had a houseful of overnight guests. We called another company that we had used successfully in the past, and they came right out. Our choice was to try a fix that might or might not work for an estimated $800, or to replace the heat pump altogether for thousands more. Given the age of the unit and the fact that we've had problems with it numerous times over the past decade, we decided to replace the unit.
