The Floor Source has been very helpful with our new home build. All of the employees go out of their way to be helpful and share their expertise. Casey is so kind every time we go in there whether, we are picking out flooring, bathroom tile or carpet he always lends a helping hand. Casey has even gone out of his way to keep in touch and help us find a certain flooring I wanted (and all I had was an inspiration photo)! Also, The Floor Source was even kind enough to store our flooring longer than expected. Thank you all so much! We will be back!
Great experience working with Chris at The Floor Source. We hired them in Fall of '24 to install new flooring in about half our home. Chris made it super easy to pick out the right flooring for us, bid at a fair and competitive price, and the installers he sent from Woody's were absolutely top notch professionals who did a wonderful job! Our experience with The Floor Source was great in all facets. We replaced the carpet in our master bedroom with engineered hardwood to match the rest of the main floor. Chris did an excellent job of sharing options with us and helping us find the best match. He provided us with a high quality product. He was clear in communicating with us. He and his team were professional and prompt. His guys did an excellent and efficient job with the carpet removal and hardwood installation. The price for the work was definitely reasonable. We would recommend The Floor Source and would use them again if a need arises.
