The people here were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful without intruding on us while we perused their available harps and music selection. I was surprised to find an electric harp as I didn't know they existed. Nice to see that music is always evolving and there's always something new to learn.

Endless thank you to the staff at Virginia Harp Center who facilitated ordering a custom harp from Camac. Throughout the year that I waited for my harp to be delivered, Virginia Harp Center was excellent with communication. Whenever I had a question or concern the team and specifically Kayla was quick to address it. The customer service here is top notch and it is refreshing to feel so cared for. I appreciate the store manager David who jumped in to promptly and professionally respond to a question I had.
