Scheduled appointments only, but well worth it to be able to check out their inventory. I was able to find the harp of my dreams and am looking forward to going back to pursue their rent-to-own option. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

The staff at VA Harp is not only made up of fantastic & knowledgeable musicians in their own right; every one of them is welcoming & gracious. Whether it's a large purchase or simply replacing a string, I have always been treated most graciously.

One phone call did it ALL! (ok, maybe two phone calls) I first called the NJ branch for an accessory I wanted. They were out of stock, but offered to call the VA location to check for me. I called instead, hence to two phone calls.Amy was very kind to check the stock, let me know of the price, and the shipping status of the item. I got EXACTLY what I wanted in about 15 minutes flat!Now I anxiously await for the delivery in the mail!
