Jonathan the guitar tech was fantastic. Got my guitar in and out in an hour. I had to bring it back for a loose jack and he took care of it right away. Yosef was also very pleasant on the phone and in person. Would recommend to anyone, the other guitar store around said my job would take 3 weeks at least.Thank you Jonathan! Go see him if you need work on your guitar.

Jonathan Daughdrill is an extremely competent and knowledgeable tech. He is personable and will work to ensure that you have a positive experience with your guitar. I struggle with finger strength after a wrist injury and could not play barre chords effectively. I did not want to have to get rid of my guitar because of its sentimental value. Jonathan breathed new life into my guitar and adapted it to my needs by using his expansive knowledge to select specific strings and completed necessary adjustments to my instrument to ensure I would be able to keep playing for years to come. Thanks for your help Jonathan. I will certainly visit you again with any future guitar needs

Ive had some issues with cardoba quality control and the staff at this store has been excellent in helping me. Plenty of stores sell various products, but it's how you're taken care of when a problem happens is what separates good stores from bad ones. This is a great store and I highly recommend this place.
