Guitar Center provides a great experience with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They offer expert repair services, a good selection of strings and accessories, and music lessons with qualified instructors. The team is eager to assist, answering questions and providing updates without being pushy. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a comfortable place to shop and learn.
As a musician and the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives thriller novels, I always enjoy visiting music stores, and Guitar Center is a great location.
The store has a strong piano and keyboard section, along with a solid range of guitars and gear. It’s easy to spend time here moving between setups and trying different instruments.
The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, especially when walking through the differences between Roland and Yamaha keyboards. That kind of guidance makes a big difference when you’re comparing options.

I was in the store Sunday purchasing a snare drum , got a PDP kracken, very nice, Just for practice & the snare throw off was very tight, went home tried it, not working, took it back Monday morning the Manager remembered me, I told him my problem, he was more than helpful even sent me a replacement to a store near me, thank you for great customer service, Kirk Soistman, drummer for 60 years…
First, the staff is incredibly friendly. Interacting with Daniel, Dakota, Webber, and Jonathan is a breath of fresh air. I purchased my first guitar from Webber roughly 10 years ago at this location, he is still as friendly and direct as he was a decade ago. They go above and beyond with every interaction, taking the time to explain pros and cons to me, and guiding me into the right purchase for myself. I also have to speak highly of the instructors. Chuck, Kyle, and Parker are awesome to interact with. They take time to talk and answer any questions you have even outside of lesson times.
