I recently came and was helped by Odyssey, she was great!! She was patient, smiled, knowledgeable and helped me save some money and I love saving my coins. I’m always greeted when I walk in and I appreciate the little things.

Been going here for anlmost 10 years and customer service has gotten much better than what it was like 7-8 years ago, The store used to have a very incompetent manager. Today, the cashier did a real poor job explaining about using my rewards. She was overly bubbly and very loud and maybe even nervous or anxious. Something that should’ve been really easy to explain took a long time. I was never in a position where I had more rewards than the total of my purchase. Got a hair cut in October and I’m still getting compliments! Went from very long and straight to layered and short. Easy to style. Bought tools and products that worked well also. Returned later to get my ears re-pierced and that was a treat as well. Highly recommend Ulta!
