We live in a semi rural neighborhood with lots of outdoor critters and pests. We have used this service for a long time, however, our current representative Mathew Kipe has been the best we have had in a long time. Mathew let's us know when he is coming out, when he's on site, and when he's finished with service. The updates are extremely helpful since our family is always on the move and a lot of the time not home. Mathew gives me full results and let's me know what he is seeing around the house as well as what he has done during his visit. If you utilize Terminex in RVA be sure to ask for Mathew Kipe, he's a true professional!
