I called swift creek pest control for a second opinion after a very high pressure sales situation with another big name company that offered “free inspection,” didn’t find anything concrete, but recommended a $2,000 treatment anyway. The person who took my call at Swift Creek couldn’t have been nicer. He listened, asked lots of questions, let me text him photos of the bugs I was finding, and gave me a very honest opinion. He offered three very reasonable courses of action, and I decided to have them come over to spot treat and place monitoring traps. Just had our initial inspection with Keenan, and he truly did not miss anything. Not only did he do a great job, but I learned so much about things to look for and simple fixes I can do to prevent critters. He gave me so much peace of mind and was an excellent educator. We’ve never had any pest service be this thorough before. So glad we chose Swift Creek Pest!
I have to write this review now. I moved from the suburbs to the country and had Jeff out here several years ago for services. He was a great experience at a strssful time. Now I am fighting the same issue, and he is once again absolutely fabulous in setting up to come out again when a lot of companies do not want to come this far. He is honest and responsive and reduces the anxiety when dealing with pest issues. I would recommend to everyone in whatever issue you are having!
