Marcos came to my house while I had to be away and took care of the problems with critters caught in the sticky traps as well as cleaning out the wasp nest on the front porch! He did a wonderful job!
Some of the techs would do what the contract said would be done, and some were here just to get in and get out to next call. Not one tech ever sprayed under my house for any type of pest, they say they spray a dust through the foundation vents, but that wasn't possible because my vents are sealed off.
