Xavier was the technician today for my termite inspection. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Alerted and showed me an area, in my mulch beds, that could be a potential problem in the future.Explained his findings and answered all my questions. Was very pleased with today’s service and highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

We have been with Southern Pest Control for 3 years now. They always keep their prices affordable and their technicians are amazing. We had an ant problem in the front of the house and they were able to resolve that to where it’s hasn’t been a problem for years now.
