My initial interaction was by far the most informative and pleasant conversation I’ve had in a while now. MS. PAM did an AMAZING job leading the conversation based on my expressed needs. I called several other companies prior to reaching Ms Pam and I must say I really appreciate how she anticipated my needs by providing insight about services before I could get the question out. Tyler the service tech was very professional and explained my two services received throughly. When calling to book my annual service and other service the customer care rep was friendly and provided dates and times that accommodated my schedule,. I would highly recommend Southern Pest Control. I have been using SPC for several years and extremely pleased.

Our usual technician is no longer with the company so we had a new guy, Dylan come out today. He was very nice and professional and seemed to be knowledgeable. He took his time discussing our needs and expectations (we have large, rowdy dogs!) and then got straight to work. I think he did a very thorough job. I’ll look to have him as my permanent technician going forward.
