Saul at the Midlothian store was very helpful to my husband and I last night! Not only was he friendly and upbeat and kind, he showed us the exact tile we were looking for and went beyond his call of duty and lifted the heavy load onto our cart. Then he proceeded to help push it out and load it into our car! These tiles were very heavy about 50 pounds each box thank you Saul for being so helpful. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Everything went great in getting our new carpet installed. Dave was very quick to come out and provide estimate. The crew was on time and very professional, efficient and neat. The carpet looks great and we were very pleased with the entire process.
We would highly recommend Scott Carpet One! This is the second time we have used them for our home and from the salesperson to the product to the installation it was superb. A call out to George and his installation crew who did a wonderful job with putting in our herringbone pattern floor, which was very labor intensive. We definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.
