I have been going to see Dr. Cara for over 6 years now for all my chiro needs. She has never made me feel rushed and makes sure to adapt her treatments as I need. Now that I have a son he also sees her and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his chiro care. We drive from cville just to see her! Her office and staff our so welcoming and they have an awesome playroom for the kiddos that my son loves!

I found Dr. Cara when my son was about 18 months old. A friend recommended her to help with his constant ear infections. Not only did she keep him from having to get tubes, she’s been our family’s choice for health and wellness since that initial visit.Max is now 6 and our entire family holds a standing monthly appointment with her.Dr. Cara also helped support my body after a miscarriage in 2019, then through my pregnancy in 2020 with out ? baby.Our family adores Dr. Cara, Dana, and Amber. The office is always so warm and welcoming.

I have been seeing Dr.Cara for about 6 years now. My kids and myself have been getting adjusted every month as part of our preventative wellness. My kids don’t get nearly as sick as all their classmates from school and I know their monthly adjustments have contributed to their great immune systems. My kids love going and playing in the playroom and all the staff have been so welcoming towards children. 5 stars!
