10 out of 10 across the board. I came to Shentell after taking a “break” from my pixie and having braid styles. I was suffering from postpartum and was having a lot of hair loss. Shentell recommended some vitamins and treated my hair. Brought me back to life! My hair is healthy flourishing! After a few visits we did a color processing and I am in love with that too! I love that Shentell is punctual, precise but also quick! No spending hours in the salon. The vibe is always welcoming and relaxing. I truly enjoy sitting in her chair and because of her I have fallen in love with my hair ❤️
