Nothing real exciting. They had the products I needed so I oyrchased them. The experience was a online order Puck up in the store. The actual exchange was sloppy. The associate didn't know how to handle an instore customer pickup. Someone came to assist her with my pickup. No excellent customer service was shown to me. I like the products this store carries, I am not impressed with the employees who work there.

LOVE going here! Not only are the employees helpful but they are SO kind and really go out of their way to make your experience in the store enjoyable! They are an amazing example of wonderful customer service and they make my day every time I go in there! Thanks for being awesome humans and making the world a better place, ya’ll! :]

Just wanted to leave a positive review, I’m not very knowledgeable about makeup and have trouble finding products that are right for me, but one of the women at this store helped me find foundation and concealer and even helped me find a product for my acne prone skin. I appreciate how approachable and knowledge she was and I absolutely love the things she recommended. Didn’t catch her name but she had purple hair and pretty purple eyes. Thanks! :)
