Kelly is a senior dog whose dental care was put on hold because of a very unfortunate teeth cleaning incident a few years earlier at a different facility. I reluctantly dropped her off a couple of weeks ago for a dental cleaning at Oasis. I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The doctors, the staff, the office, everything breathed a compassionate yet professional atmosphere. When I picked Kelly up she was alert albeit a bit groggy, which I was told to expect. She has meanwhile fully recovered and her breath no longer qualifies as a secret weapon. I could not be happier and I’d recommend Oasis to anyone who cares for his or her pet.

Oasis Veterinary Hospital was wonderful with my bearded dragon, Ducky! As a first-time beardie owner, I felt completely supported. Dr. Haile was amazing—she communicated everything clearly and even reached out personally afterward to ensure Ducky was doing well. The care, follow-up, and compassion from ALL of their staff is top-notch. Highly recommend them for exotic pets!

They have gone above and beyond for my dog Britta. She had a challenging surgery and they were there every step of the way. Constantly checking in and answering any questions concerns I had during recovery. The whole staff is absolutely on point and care so much about the animals. Dr. Knight is amazing and treats my dog as her own. Strongly recommend this Vet!

We have been going to Oasis for about 4 years now, before they had their current location. Dr Rice and Dr Hale are the absolute BEST!!! All of the staff are amazing. They have taken care of our dog, two ferrets and our chameleon and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our babies. We’ve been through a lot with this practice and they have been beyond amazing through some very difficult times. They are awesome during the fun times too! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I was referred here for a tooth extraction for my dog in 2022. The stitches popped within hours of the surgery, and she had to get put under again for them to fix it. It was a very expensive and stressful two days. Now, over two years later, my vet tells me that the people at Oasis didn't remove the whole tooth, so now she has to go to a specialist to open the socket back up to get what's left of the root since it's starting to cause infection. Don't get dental work done here.
(edit: I was never informed by Oasis that there was root left after the surgery, nor was I advised that a specialist visit was a possibility in the future. Despite their response, at the end of the day, I paid nearly 1k for them to pull one tooth incompletely, costing me and my dog more stress, pain, and money years down the road)

This place was great at one time. Unfortunately it has become more about the money. They aren’t forthcoming with their prices. They tack on charges at the end. I had a small quaker parrot that needed nails trimmed, I was quoted $37 for it. That’s still alot for a very minor trim. Maybe 5 min at most. When I went to check out, $12 was added for the vet tech that had to hold him. So $49 dollars altogether. They barely trimmed his nails. Looks the same!! What a scam!! Places like this pray on the love of your pet for profit.
The $12 dollars refund is not even the issue. What can you get for $12 nowadays!! I had another unfortunate experience months back when two of my small dogs got fleas. I was desperate so I came to Oasis, I couldn’t take them into the office so the vet came out for 2 minutes and confirmed my dogs had fleas. For this I had to pay $75 dollars per dog; $150 for 2 minutes. I was told if I don’t pay, I can’t get their flea medicine!! I asked if I could bring them another time for a full check up for the$150 and the answer was NO, and I wound need to pay again. Months later despite my reservations I had to come back since it’s the only place that sees birds in my area.
After they sent back the refund of $12 that was not even the point, they sent all my records in the mail and banned me from coming back. Of course they won’t say that in the review.
I have been a good client for probably over 3 years. It just goes to show you they care about the money first, then your pets!!

As others have noted this place is not forthcoming with prices-I was unable to get a basic estimate for a neutur appointment for our Pet-(I asked if I could get an estimate or even a range of price and was unable to!) additionally while we just did a physical and establish care at a vet they would not transfer this over and would require a new visit. The establish care visit was mote expensive than our own Dr visits! Definitely about the money here.
