I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and this is one of the best studios I’ve come across. Amazing teachers offering a nice balance of physical postures and philosophy. The studio and amenities are very clean. Staff is welcoming to new students-experienced and beginner. If you’re looking for to explore yoga or a new home studio, I highly recommend checking this place out!

This was my first ever hot yoga experience, and it was great! The staff and owners were super lovely and friendly! I liked that they taught you what you were doing as you were doing it as opposed to just assuming you would know! I was feeling the workout a couple days later! I will definitely be checking out more classes at the studio!

Midlo Hot Yoga & Wellness is Awesome! Took my first hot yoga class this past Sunday and I am officially hooked! I took the Hot Yogilates 60 class and it was Awesome! The instructor Bruna was Amazing! Highly recommend this studio!
