I started going to Healthy Life Yoga a couple years ago when a friend of mine invited me to take a class with her. I had never taken a yoga class in my life. I have been going ever since! Desi and Jason are amazing instructors and humans. They genuinely care about every member and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. They offer a good variety of classes, sound baths and workshops. All of the instructors are soo nice and knowledgeable. I am soo grateful that I discovered this great community of yoga lovers.

The yoga classes offered by Healthy Life Yoga are outstanding with offerings for all levels of experience, and the community is so warm and welcoming. As someone new to the area, I'm so glad I found this studio!
