This studio, along with Align Yoga in Church Hill, is an amazingly intimate and comfortable space where folks feel welcome to come "as is" and modify as much as needed. I have been to numerous studios, but these two are uniquely inviting and have lovely and dedicated owners.
I love taking Madi’s classes! She is seriously the best and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is great with beginners like me and all skill levels. Overall super great quality at a great price!
Healthy Life Yoga studio is wonderful!!! All the instructors are warm and friendly!!! If you are thinking about becoming a yoga teacher, this is the place!!! I could not have picked a better place to take teacher training!!! Heather thank you for an amazing journey!!!
