I loved the people here and the quality of work but I went by there yesterday to drop some things off and the place was empty!!! i assume out of business completely. there wasn't a sign on door saying they had moved.

I had a White Canada Goose jacket that was dry clean only that was taken to Puritan Cleaners and came back basically the same as when I brought it in, this is after they attempted twice. I brought it in here right after leaving Puritan, they asked if I would be ok waiting about a week … when I came to collect it they had it back pristine. Best $32 I ever spent at the cleaners for. Well done! And thank you for your patience working on it.

Outright refused to do a basic hem on a dress because I physically did not have shoes picked out yet. I can't even make this up. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time and effort to drive 30 mins over there after confirming via phone they were available.

The best alterations experience I’ve ever had. I’m in the Army and I’ve been looking for somewhere to alter my uniforms. Sew on patches and name tapes, etc. At Harbor cleaners I not only got my patches and name tapes sewn on perfectly and within regulation, I got same day pick-up and amazing customer service. Went in for pants to be hemmed and outfit to be pressed. They absolutely ruined my mother's, Mother of the Bride pants for my wedding. Hemmed them too short and uneven. The pants sitting are well above the ankle. This outfit is ruined. Scraps have been disposed of and my wedding is in five days. Unacceptable. When asked how to make this right. She was told to find another shoe. The shoe was a baby wedge for my 70 year old mom who uses a rollator and cane most of the time. The seamstress the proceeded to antagonize my mom, yell at her and threatened to call the police when she simply wanted to be compensated for something we can not repair or replace with this short of notice. That MOB suit was nearly $200 only to be destroyed. Let me add they forgot to press the outfit and we had to request that too. Im disgusted. Never again. Yall steer clear, dont pass go, dont do it not worth it.Services: Alterations

My husband took his military uniform to get patches sewn on. When he received the uniform, the stitching was horrible. The stitching on the patches weren’t straight and one patch had 3 lines of stitching when it’s only suppose to have one. I’m not a seamstress but I could’ve done a straighter job than that. It looked very sloppy and had to be taken elsewhere to get fixed. Cost $48 only to have to pay more to get it corrected somewhere else. Very upsetting by this quality.Service: Alterations
