I am surprised at some of the reviews which seem a little unfair like wanting prom dress alterations during peak business hours. i have been coming here since 2014 and in the last two years due to a career change every week. Their staff (same two people any day or time I come in) are polite, and professional. I like my slacks with a slight break and they measure them to perfection. They also measured my wife for her doctoral graduation gown for no charge. I highly recommend.

I've been a dry cleaning customer for 5 years. My husband's shirts and all dry cleaning items have come back clean and on time every time. There is never the lingering dry clean fluid smell you can get from other less expensive dry cleaners - whatever offsite processing location they send items out to is making sure cleaning fluid is swapped out as needed. Staff is efficient at drop off, check out and will be upfront and honest when they have doubts on the ability to remove a particular stain on a dry clean only item. They've never lost or misplaced any of my items. COVID has lengthen the turnaround time and I'm hoping with increased volume the 2-3 day turnaround options will be available again. Only downside to this dry cleaner is that sometimes it's difficult to get a parking spot close to the business due to the volume of customers going to the adjacent UPS shipping store.

The nicest people. Reviewers may say "The nicest people" a lot and these are exemplary examples!Had a sibling that worked in this shopping center. She started using them as dry cleaners.I also get my pants hemmed and tailored here. $11 to get my pants altered is a great price! And that makes me look great and feel confident. I've taken a lot of items here for alterations as I've dropped pounds. At their rates, there is no excuse to look sloppy in clothes.
