I’m extremely happy with the care I receive from this practice. Kathleen Winkert has very helpful in me achieving my healthcare goals. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I recommend her to all of my patients that need a pcp. My wife who is stubborn will be starting with her next week! If you are looking for great care don’t hesitate to give them a shout. The folks on these reviews sound like they’re part of the problem seriously here’s a reality check sometimes people have bad days hello everyone is human. The staff here is great even under strenuous conditions during COVID. Some people need to give folks a break they work hard and from my personal experience they have shown great compassion and care for their patients. They actually sit with you and LISTEN. With medical practices being so overwhelmed especially through COVID I found this to be amazing. Most places would see you for a few moments make a decision then push you to the door. I had a great experience here as a first time patient. The staff were all friendly and professional and took the time to go over any issues and schedule future appointments. I saw PA Bass and got attentive medical advice and set up to be a patient easily. She did an amazing job along with the rest of the staff. I'd highly recommend this practice.
