Kristian and the Exterior Source of Central team did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my mom’s house. What was a stressful situation after one of the big storms turned into a fabulous experience. Expert and courteous, the folks worked hard, were efficient and cleaned up afterwards every day. It is very good to know that companies and business owners like Kristian are here to provide services and peace of mind for older adults aging in place. We are grateful for his help and work.
Kristian and his team at Exterior Source resurfaced our 400 sq ft deck, and I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by him and his team!
The original deck was made out of wood; very old and a very big eye sore. Now, the surface is made out of Trex which if both visual pleasing and will stand the test of time for the foreseeable future for the future needs of our family!

I met Kristian when he was providing a 60 second commerical about his business, Exterior Source, to a group of business owners. His integrity and genuineness was immediately apparent....that's the kind of person I want to do business with because I knew it'd be done right and that I'd be taken care of! My mother needed new gutters on her house. He did a fabulous job of surveying the need (very tall trees in the yard) and recommending the proper gutter to not only handle the waterflow, but also guard against them getting clogged.
