Melanie is a hair magician! I was so happy with my hair when I left the salon. She made me feel so relaxed and pampered. She gave me a scalp massage while shampooing, made sure I was comfortable, offered me a beverage, and was incredibly nice. We had a nice conversation the whole time I was there and she didn’t make me feel pressured to buy and salon products, I just wanted to without her saying a word about them. It was my first time going to her and she is now the only stylist I’ll see. Also, as I was leaving she gave me a welcome packet with her prices, cancellation policy, and a coupon for $10 off, which was so cool. Give her a chance! I promise you won’t regret...read full review

Melanie is absolutely the best hair stylist in the Richmond area. I have been seeing her for years and I’m never disappointed! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
