From the moment Cooper and I walked in, there was just a “we love animals” vibe. It was just a different feeling than any other vet I’ve been to in the area. From the ladies at the front desk to the tech to the Vet. Cooper absolutely loved the tech and was crying for her when she left the room. The Vet was absolutely thorough and honest. This is a place that does NOT try to nickel and dime you. Quality care for a fair price.
I have been going here for 12 years, since they were Genito Animal Hospital. I've never had a bad experience. The vets and staff are always courteous and helpful. And now my kids are grown with their own pets and they go here too. Couldn't ask for better!
The staff is always great… they know my concern for my animals, and share that concern. Dr Ingrid is awesome. The fact that they know my cat, Junx, is “spicy “ according to his file cracks me up! Spicy is a nice way of describing Junx’s attitude… when he’s not happy. They also know the sweet side. Great team… I’m very comfortable with all of the staff. Mike & Terry
