After ordering a storm door from Home Depot, we were told by their independent contractor that they could not install it due to an issue with the brick that butts up against the frame. I called another local company and sent them pictures. We texted back and forth a few times, then after telling me they would get me back with me about sending someone out, I never heard from them again. Finally, I called Campbell Home Improvement, and Andrew told me he would come after work that day and take a look. He came and said he could make it work and the next week installed the door at a reasonable price. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Andrew for a job well done!
Built out a deck and patio section for me. They also fixed some termite damage. After some initial issues with my deck, the company returned and took the time to make things right. They addressed the concerns, completed the necessary repairs, and ensured the deck was properly secured.
They also constructed a new paver patio area beneath the deck, which turned out great. The layout is level, well-aligned, and provides a functional and attractive outdoor space that ties in nicely with the deck. Campbell Home Improvements just finished a couple of jobs for me and they were fabulous! The team was prompt, efficient, tidy and professional. The end results are exactly what I imagined (deck extension and refurbish along with an interior tiling project ) and pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended and will certainly use them for future projects.
