madison did a wonderful job with grooming my cat. she was gentle and payed close attention to her needs. very thankful to have had such a great first time experience here. i highly recommend!
They did a great job with my kitten! My kitten knows a good person when he sees them, and when I walked in after the services, Madison was holding my kitten and he looked right at home. Thank you, Bows and Bones Bon Air, for taking great care of my sweet boy!
I am beyond grateful for the spectacular job that was done on my LC German Shepherd. I haven’t been able to find a groomer that does the job required for my boy. I have been bathing him myself but was never able to completely groom properly. He needed a deshedding something awful. I was nervous trying a new place and was pretty certain when the time came to pick him up I was going to be disappointed. I dropped him off at 8 at the Waterford location and my husband picked him up about 12:30. When they got home I cried the happiest tears I have ever cried.
