If I could give a higher rating I would. Wonderful wonderful experience for the last 25 plus years. Braids and Dreads is so customer conscious that they continue to enforce COVID guidelines of masking, hand washing, execute fairly no additional guest policy accompanying the client being served and I so appreciate their genuine concern to keep me safe, and any love ones left at home. The staff and owner exemplify professionalism, they are experts and masters in their field, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. And serve in a spirit of excellence. I enjoy my time at B.A.D Braids And Dreds. The staff is very friendly, and provides the best customer service. I make my appointment and I sit right in the chair. I never have to wait. Jayla is very knowledgeable and takes her time on my head. I always leave satisfied.
