Called to get rough estimate for specific surgery. After 20 mins mostly on hold due to the rep being new, they refused to give me any idea of the cost saying I had to pay $130 consult fee (doesn't include stain needed etc ) just to get an estimate. I asked for Dr. Hirsch to call me as I was referred from my vet who spoke highly of him. The rep put me back on hold & after another 5mins holding the line rang & I received a message saying the vm was not set up. DONT USE! I called VVS earlier who were more than happy to help! They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous & kind. #804.636.0246. DO NOT waist your time on Animal Eye Care. If they treated me that way I'd hate to see how they treat our pets!!
I've been coming here for a while Dr. Bosiack is AMAZING!!!!! She's been great treating my girl for over a year on a difficult ,NOT normal case. if any of my animals have an eye issue I come straight here. you won't regret it.
Amazing place!! After having a nightmare experience at another place in Fairfax, Virginia, I opted to make the drive to Richmond. Dr Blair is kind, caring and so talented! The staff is fabulous and the follow up care at the Fredericksburg mobile unit has been great! Highly recommend AEC of Richmond to anyone needing eye care for their furry friends.
