Brian snyder was the tech that came out here and i just want to say.... he was probably hands down the best service tech i have come across in dealing with things in the house. I wanted to watch to learn a little about my system and i told him upfront that i wasnt watching because i didnt trust him but that i was interested in learning about it so i wouldnt be so ignorant. He happily explained what he was doing and showed me things on my system to watch out for and really went above and beyond what i would consider great customer service. I will be a customer for life just based on him and our interaction. �
