My clients were closing on a home, but the sellers had a hard time finding a company to do a well water test because it was so close to the holidays. I called several places, and either the house was too far (Sussex Co) or they were already closed for the holidays. On December 21, I contacted Clifton from VA Water Well Inspections. Even though he was already busy and could have said no, he agreed to do the well water inspection the next day. He drove an hour away to the home, cleaned the well, took samples to be tested, and got the results back to us right away. He also communicated very well throughout the process. Can't thank him enough!

Virginia Water Wells Inspections was founded to support home buyers and sellers who need professional inspection services. We are not a contractor so our consultation is unbiased - we are not trying to gin up work for ourselves. Of course we can refer you to excellent qualified Class A contractors for any work you may need. We inspect the water system and test the water for iron, manganese, pH, hardness, and bacteria. We make sure pumps are not cycling on and off too frequently by checking the pressure switch and bladder tank system. We also test the water pressure and flow. Bacteria testing requires 24 hours for results and samples must be delivered to the lab within 24 hours - so we cannot take samples Noon Fri-Sunday.
