We had Universal come out for a second quote after a different company quoted us $1850 for a termite treatment. Josh was very professional and after 5 minutes was able to identify that it was in fact ANTS not TERMITES. So grateful for their honesty and knowledge.
Kudos to Universal Exterminating! We haved never had such professional, thorough, expedient, affordable, and satisfying service, and we have had two of the top well-known exterminators in the past. Universal has highly skilled technicians who are well educated in entomology. When we have had challenges with ants or other insects, even mice, and problems occur inbetween quarterly treatments($95 per quarter), Universal is quick to come to our home to problem-solve and expertly, thoroughly treat. Josh my technician was very thorough, knowledgable, and honest. He inspected the whole house inside, out, and under. No attempts to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. And the front office was quick to respond to my email and set up an appointment just a fees days later! Highly recommend.
