One of the best repair experiences I have ever had today with Mr. Trice. He is honest by nature, positive attitude, professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. I wish that all technicians would use his straight forward approach and sincere devotion to his job. If I want to recommend someone for appliance service, I would only trust recommending Mr. Trice blindly.

Mr. Trice came right out, figured out why our LG fridge wasn't working (no water to the ice make and water dispenser), and fixed the problem. What a nice guy! After 30+ years in the area we’ve finally found a trustworthy, reliant appliance guy. Love working with good local people.
