I have been getting my nails done here for 12 years. I have always tipped extremely well. As the years go by the service you gets worse and the prices get more expensive. I got my nails done on a Sunday, by Wednesday all my nails were either chipped or fallen off. I went back in to get them fixed today and they charged me even more than what I originally paid for the first time. Very sad they treat their loyal customers this way.

absolutely terrible experience. they rushed the entire time for them to look HORRIBLE. The nails were chunky and crooked. I asked for them to fix them and they refused and still charged me $80. I will never go back and if you value your money and time you won’t go either. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Went in for a French tip full set & manicure yesterday. Got Angela. She told me I didn’t need a manicure, and that she wouldn’t be doing it. She was very rough with me, when I told her she glued the tip to my skin she said “ it’s alright “ I ended up having to fix it myself. She got product all over my skin, it’s still peeling off. She filed my nails so aggressively I have cuts on all my fingers and at one point the file flew and hit me in the chest. They are all different shapes, thicknesses and lengths. The straw for me was seeing my ring finger nail was pointing to the sky, so much so I can see my natural nail under it not even attached in the middle to the fake nail, and asking if we can fix it and being told “ it’s your nail that does like that “ It wasn't until I made a big fuss and argued with her that it isn’t “ my nail that does like that “ that everyone who was working came and surrounded me and she offered to take it off and do it again. At that point I had already been there an hour and a half and just wanted to leave. I told her to just stop, either soak them off or rip them off I didn’t care that I just wanted to leave because these are the absolute worst nails I’ve ever had. They STILL had the nerve to charge me $40!!! For this crap?! It’s insane. I’m in literal pain at work today from the cuts all over my fingers and the angle these nails were glued on it’s pulling on my nail very hard. Even typing this is painful.

I used to go here all the time. Loved it. Went with my aunt a couple weeks ago. She just soaked her nails off- terrible fungal infection. The tools are obviously not being clean. I will not be coming back.

Will never go here again. Got my nails done on 8/10/24 with a french dip manicure. The next week 8/17/24 the thumb nail popped off. Went back and they fixed it. The next day the other thumb nail popped off. Before I could get back to the salon, I had 3 other nails pop off. Went back that Monday 8/19 to get them fixed - the guy gave me a hard time because I did not call. They completely re-dipped the nails that had popped off and only put top coat on the others -- of course you guessed it they are popping off too. NEVER EVER will I go to this salon. I paid $100 for a mani/pedi. Wasted time and money. Only rated one star so I could post. If not for that I would not have given them even one star. (photo below)

I’ve been a customer of Sassie Deluxe on & off for over 10 years! I have never been treated poorly until this past Sunday with Vickie, not only was she rude but also felt entitled to charge me whatever she wanted regardless of the posted prices. When I confronted her, she said to go see someone else. I’ve had same services done with Angela, Samantha, Megan, Bow, Jayden and a few others over the years…I have always been happy with the work and respected. If you’re looking for a Tip, Vickie, here it is - BE A BETTER PERSON or retire, getting grouchy & bitter in your old age. Richard is a class act, always pleasant with a smile, thank you for trying to diffuse the situation!
