Wow! Super impressed - 5 outta 5! Thank you RPDO and Dr. Bibona! I went through years of orthodontics as a kid, from 5th grade to my senior year in High School. Didn't wear my final retainers and my teeth shifted. 30 years later, with the advancements in Orthodontia I decided to try again and scheduled an appointment at the Mechanicsville location. I met with Taylor and took X-rays and pictures, then I met and talked to Dr. Bibona - we worked together on a plan and how much it would be with my insurance. Dr. Liz & her team are amazing...they engaged w/ my kids, asking them Qs to keep them occupied, being silly w/ them, & helping them when they were scared. When the little one needed to use the bathroom and I was helping the other in the chair, another team member came out of the back to help, which I so appreciated. They even sent my kids handwritten "happy notes" afterwards telling them they had done such a good job and they were proud of them! Love this place :)

My son had a GREAT experience there. We came in for a concern. He was thoroughly checked, and left having a great visit. The dental assistant was great and the dentist was super sweet and very helpful. Thank you Chelsea and Dr. Ray!
