The staff at RPDO is amazing! I always have a great experience whenever I bring my children. Shay is so thorough with her explanation of the treatment plan and is just all around fun to talk to! Overall, the staff is extremely patient and friendly. I feel like my children are getting the best care possible at RPDO. Oh, and Dr. Cook is THE BEST!
We have had wonderful interactions with the entire practice, but Dr. Cook in ortho is outstanding. We love, love Dr. Cook. She is so patient, kind and very much aims to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Shout out to Shaye too! She’s so organized and helpful. We don’t ever feel like just another patient in their presence.
