Updated review: I was quoted over $1500 to seal up the crawlspace and rebuild crawlspace doors. For the doors, the cost could be $700. I told them I could build the doors to save money, and was told that if I built the doors, they wouldn’t provide any warranty. So here is a picture of the $700 doors they built (that don’t open) in about 15 minutes. I called to complain and they never responded.

Top notch service all the way from the call to book my appointment through the actual day of treatment. I had a flea issue in my basement and my technician James took the time to explain my solutions and a strategy to fix the issue. Since then I’ve used his recommendations and have eliminated the flea issue - thanks guys!

Owen wasn’t the scheduled tech that was supposed to to come out, however I would like to commend this young man for being extremely patient and kind because I am really particular. He reassured me at every step and was very pleasant. I found his demeanor and attitude to be excellent, and again, his customer service was outstanding! I’m glad he was my tech today!
