I was seen today for a follow up visit for a surgery and no one enjoys going to a hospital but there’s good people like Terry and Norrell that take such good care of the patients they come in contact with. Very lucky to have been blessed to have them there today
It was a great experienced. The staff are attentive and friendly. The wait was quick. PF did not disappoint. It was clean and organize. I give it a 5 stars. The exam room is well lighted and you have the option keep the curtain open. The waiting room is quite nice.
Very quick response. Information was everything I needed to make an informed decision. The session occurred on a Sunday, not everyone in the Medical business is doing that. Just another plus in their favor. I was pretty tense going in, on the way out, I was much more comfortable and relaxed. That's what it's all about, isn't it. I have a follow up in the future. I am looking forward to it.
