Too bad we can't give 0 star reviews! Once again, a simple order messed up by employees who just don't care. I paid $15.02 for a combo with a large fry, a small fry, and a plain cheeseburger. I realized I only received 1 medium fry when I got home. I had just returned from a two-hour round trip having take keys to my girlfriend because she had lost hers. I didn't feel like schlepping back to the restaurant, and of course nobody answers the frigging phone when you call. Save your money, or go somewhere else! I have unfortunately had several negative experiences with this location. My most recent visit was disappointing due to half of my order missing. I didn’t not know one of the key items I requested was not put in my bag. Not only does breakfast for three people cost $30, but the item missing was $6 alone. I just wanted a refund for the item I didn’t get. I was advised they would be happy to give it to me if i come back up there. Heck no, I want my money. The manager advised me they don’t issue refunds but at my next visit she would throw something “special” in. I don’t want anything special I want my money. I placed a curbside order today. Waited 20 minutes, order fell-off (like it was completed), never got my food. I went in to see if it was waiting, it wasn't. I had to go to church so I left. God forbid I should be able to leave feedback via the app - not so much.
