We were in desperate need of a generator extension cord before the winter storm hit. I went to multiple stores and called at least 15 more, with no luck anywhere. I made a Facebook post, and Matt commented that he would have some available the next day. The next day, Matt and his team were out working for other families all day. As it got dark, I started to worry, but his team still showed up. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct cord. Matt then drove 30 minutes out of his way at 9 pm, in the snow, to personally make it right for us. I needed a dedicated breaker and outlet installed for my garage refrigerator and chest freezer. I advised I was not in a hurry and they could come at their convenience. They were able to schedule me 2 days later. The team that arrived were very professional, well dressed, and fully prepared to get the job done.They had already been briefed on what task lay ahead and were fully prepared with all the right parts.
The job was completed extremely fast and clean. Looks like the work was always there.

I had several electrical projects conducted today by Jack and Austin with M W Butler Electrical including attic exhaust fan, ceiling fan, bathroom exhaust fans and smoke detectors. Jack and Austin exhibited excellent customer service, integrity and high quality work!
