This company was recommended to us by Lowes to install a wall oven. The came and measured and measured and told us the oven we chose would work fine. On 2/8 they came, installed and oven works great, however there was a gap of over 3\" at the top and bottom. They said they'd order the trim kit. After waiting 2 wks I began calling. No response. Finally the wife picked up my call and told me there was no trim kit. We went back and forth on what to do and they have not bothered to follow up. It is now 5/1. Thank you Lowes for this wonderful recommendation.
I spoke directly to the gentleman. He was supposed to come out on Thursday to give me an estimate on some work on my elderly mother's. I called and texted this man that day and . He never responded to me
