Hanover Family Eyecare, voted Best Optometry Practice by the Richmond Times Dispatch 2021, offers comprehensive eye care services. The staff is wonderful and very nice, helpful, and caring. Appointments went well with a thorough exam, and any eye issues were resolved with prompt treatment. The prescription was ready when needed. The doctor provided good advice and peace of mind. An extra plus is the eye glass section with a friendly and patient staff member. Everyone in the building was nice, and the experience was excellent with professional excellence from the moment of entry. Patients will definitely come back and highly recommend this office for eye care.

The visit was great from the time I entered the building until I left. Tabitha set the high standard from the start and the rest of the team and doctor followed her impressive lead.

The wait time was not too bad. The people in the office are very friendly and professional. I've been a patient here for a number of years. I really like that they will give me a prescription and I can fill it anywhere.

I had an issue with my eye that was bothering me. I called and was given an appointment the next day. I received an excellent exam, the issue with my eye was resolved, the prescription was ready when I went to my drugstore and my eye now feels much better.
I am extremely pleased with the results of this very prompt exam and treatment.
