Excellent customer service. I bagged up my comforter for husband to drop off. Added my pillow shams to bag but forgot to let him know. Went to pick up and no shams. Ticket had said "one item". The attendant at desk immediately called main office to look for shams. Within an hour they were located and returned to me. Nice job!!!

No snarky remarks here. Just please return to normal hours like most everyone else has. I stopped by at 8:00 a.m. to pick up my dry cleaning which was late last night, not there by the 5:30 I was told. Only to find that you don't open until 8:30.
