Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jay, the project manager, was professional, communicative, and clearly knew his stuff. The install team Danny and Cameron did an excellent job installing our Rinnai tankless water heater with a recirculating system and a dedicated line. Their workmanship was clean, efficient, and well thought out, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
The whole team was punctual, respectful of our home, and paid attention to the details that really matter. The system works perfectly, hot water delivery is fast, and the install looks great. You can tell they take pride in their work.
