Carpet American provided excellent service. They helped me pick out a carpet that would suit the needs of the room that I was refinishing. The installation crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Needed new carpet in my condo/office. Worked with Lisa and she took care of the whole process flawlessly. Old carpet torn out and replaced in one go. Installer did an amazing job. VERY happy with the experience!

My house had water damage, and I needed new solid oak floors in half the first floor. The other half was undamaged, and I was hoping that the color of the new floor would match the old floor as much as possible. Todd Henderson at Carpet America and the install team did a fabulous job! The new and old flooring look almost exactly the same.
Todd also worked with me to fit the flooring work in with the rest of a complicated rebuild schedule. He notified me in a timely way that the laundry room's vinyl flooring was not going to arrive on time, and suggested an alternate flooring that was in stock.
