Not only did they scope our main drain to find a problem, but when they found the drain clear, they inspected the sprinkler system and made the real diagnosis for the leak. The guys showed up fast. Assessed the problem, adjusted their solution to something simpler than what we discussed on the phone. They left to get patrs and were back and problem solved. I am pleased to say the least.
