I have been going to americas best since I was about years old and now in my 20’s and this by far was one of best experiences I have EVER had at america’s best. Dr. Townsend was absolutely amazing and I felt listened to. He talked over all options and even reviewed eye imaging in depth. The front staff were super nice and helpful when looking at frames and I didn’t feel rushed.
Front desk didn’t seem so happy to help me at first but still kept professionalism which is still appreciated. My glasses broke and I needed to get new ones and contacts. I had to do a virtual consult without appointment, they got me in fast, the process was fast and easy. I unfortunately forgot her name, but the sales person that helped me pick my frames was really nice and helpful.
I had an eye contact appointment today and Sierra completed my pretest exam and was so sweet, warm and professional. I had to leave a review because she had such a beautiful personality ☺️ Thank you Sierra!!
